Trainer is not responsible for health problems existing before the start of cooperation and for problems arising from failure to comply with the guidelines for guidance (diet, exercise &#8211; technique, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(4) The trainer shall maintain documentation of the Program Participant throughout the program. Documentation in the form of a diary with detailed analysis of weekly reports <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-weight:600\">\u00a7 3 Scope of services provided<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer services in the field of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group service-section has-background-alt-background-color has-background\" style=\"border-width:1px;border-radius:5px;padding-top:1em;padding-right:1.5em;padding-bottom:1em;padding-left:1.5em\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:600\">1. Comprehensive ON-LINE care &#8211; we work with people from all over the world and in the age of the Internet, the quality of our ONLINE services exceeds that of land-based services many times over<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ON-LINE services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dietary consultations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training consultations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultation on supplementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of training plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of nutrition plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comprehensive analysis of cooperation on the basis of collected data for the diary with the inclusion of weekly partial reports and the inclusion of full detailed reports at the conclusion of each month.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group service-section has-background-alt-background-color has-background\" style=\"border-width:1px;border-radius:5px;padding-top:1em;padding-right:1.5em;padding-bottom:1em;padding-left:1.5em\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:600\">2. comprehensive care i.e. Consultation and guidance in Real: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"font-style:normal\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At any club of your choice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Option to come to the customer&#8217;s home<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-weight:600\">\u00a7 4 Principles of cooperation and regulation of payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 The trainer provides consultations &#8220;On-Line&#8221;, i.e. through email collaboration or on social media. (Facebook \/ Messenger \/Instagram) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) The trainer, within 3-5 days after the payment is credited, develops in writing a program for each Participant from the scope selected by him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Failure to carry out the program performed by the Trainer shall not entitle the Participant to claim a refund of the fee paid to the Trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. trainer during the analysis of Annkiety and later when sending the files presents very carefully the terms of cooperation \/ care, rules and the amount of running services in a given package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(5) Remuneration shall be paid to the selected Bank account provided by the trainer. In the form of a bank transfer <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(6) With the consent of the Trainer, payment may be made at other times or in installments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. the date of the beginning of cooperation is determined by the day agreed upon when the trainer sends the plans to (Messenger \/ email)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(8) The participant in the program is obliged to inform the Trainer about the cancellation of cooperation 7 days before its termination. Otherwise, the cooperation is automatically continued, which entails payment of the same fee set by the Trainer and the Participant as in the previous program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(9) By paying the fee for the program, the Participant automatically accepts the terms and conditions. Participant does not have the right to expect a refund for the package, if the Trainer made a plan for him and prepared materials, and fortuitous events contributed to the inability to start cooperation on the scheduled date <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-weight:600\">\u00a7 5 Rights and obligations of the Participant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group rights-section has-background-alt-background-color has-background\" style=\"border-width:1px;border-radius:5px;padding-top:1em;padding-right:1.5em;padding-bottom:1em;padding-left:1.5em\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:600\">Rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 The participant has the right to be fully informed about the course of the proposed nutrition \/ training \/ supplementation program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) The participant has the right to inspect the documentation prepared by the Trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) The participant has the right to discontinue the implemented program at any time, explicitly bearing all risks associated with such a decision.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group obligations-section has-background-alt-background-color has-background\" style=\"border-width:1px;border-radius:5px;padding-top:1em;padding-right:1.5em;padding-bottom:1em;padding-left:1.5em\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:600\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) The Participant is obliged to follow the program prescribed by the Trainer. In case of non-adherence and non-compliance with the program, the Participant shall be fully responsible for all risks associated with it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) The participant is obliged to provide information to the Trainer regarding his\/her health condition, including ill-health before, during and after the performance of training. The participant is obliged to provide information about his\/her health condition. If such information is not duly presented and described, it clearly means that the Participant does not have any contraindications to carry out the activity recommended by the Trainer.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-weight:600\">\u00a7 6 Copyright<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group copyright-notice has-border-color has-warning-border-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"border-style:solid;border-width:1px;border-radius:5px;color:#333333;background-color:#fff8eb;padding-top:1em;padding-right:1.5em;padding-bottom:1em;padding-left:1.5em\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:400\">All files, plans, documents, materials sent are subject to copyright and protection under the &#8220;Act on Copyright and Related Rights&#8221; of February 4, 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2006 No. 90 item 631).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:400\">Copying, processing, distributing, publicizing these materials in whole or in part without the author&#8217;s consent is prohibited and punishable. Any violation of the aforementioned provisions will be conducted by a law firm selected by the Trainer(s) in advance.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-weight:600\">For violation of the above conditions, the Participant is obliged to pay to the Trainer a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 7000 within 30 days of reporting the irregularity. In addition to the fixed contractual penalty, the Trainer may claim compensation for damage caused by the dissemination of the program by the Participant. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#777777;font-size:14px\">The regulations are effective from the date of publication.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained
